Well I hope this isn't overly difficult. Not sure what the heck to eat switching from a restricted item diet to anything goes as long as I stay within my calorie count. Pretty scary to pick and chose my food on my own and not just eat what someone else tells me to eat. Who knows, maybe this will be better for me in the long run...
