Love this Diet:)))))))
140.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

I love this Diet too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so easy to get back on track when you have the right tools and knowledge.

We are just about hip to hip Dooley! I have lost lots of inches and like I said we cheat once a week and I have been educating myself on all the other diets also. Currently, reading you on a diet and Dr. Roizen does offer some very healthy tips! It is nice to see progress when you trully sacrifice your sanity at times. I think my worst craving is "coffee" :))) 3 months and I have lost a total of 16 lbs and like 5-6 inches off my waist - 4 off my bum and 4' off of my legs. We do walk a lot! Can not comment on the other diets but it is obvious this one WORKS! Keep up the good work!

thanks... you too. I have been watching I can make you thin. I think it is on the discovery or the learning channel. Some great tips. I am having a small coffee every morning and I feel this is just what I am going to do so I incorporste it into my Fat Flush Plan. We try to walk every day weather permiting at least 2 miles. This diet does work. I have kept off my weight and maintained during the worst Chicago winter in a long time.. WHEW! glad this winter is over.

WOW - had to add a comment. I am currently doing Fat Flush Plan and I like to see everyone's progress. The inches lost is incredible. I have lost 6 pounds but not a whole lot of inches...hmmmmm, now I'm thinking I should change diets. Sounds very hard! I'm so weak when it comes to food. GREAT JOB everyone!
