So I decided a couple of weeks ago that I didn't need to track my food anymore because things were just going so great. Big mistake. Haven,t lost anything since Sept 8. I am using a different program to track on my iPhone (the barcode scanner is so perfect for my protein bars, frozen dinners, etc.), but I will try to record my calories in and out for each day in my journal, and if that still doesn't work, I guess it's back to counting points.
I have been going to physio for my ankle, which makes it sore most of the time, but the dr says I can start training again, so I am starting out easy with the treadmill
