I made it through a buffet--skipped the mashed potatoes, lasagna, hot dinner rolls, cake, cheese cake. I did eat broasted chicken and shrimp--not perfect, but I am satisfied I did fairly well. Still needing low carb snacks. My husband wanted popcorn--talk about torture.
