Day 2 of Couch to 5 k. I am sore. I'm keeping this a secret from everyone i know because i have been so anti running for so long, i'm a bit embarrassed. I keep reading that it takes 4 weeks to notice a difference in yourself, 8 weeks for family and friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice that you've been exercizing...until then this is the where i put the knowledge..
