skipped Breakfast Lunch: Beef and Potato stew w/ grapes a Greek yogurt with blueberries Snack: a small bow of Capn' Crunch Dinner: 1 size of pizza (Meetball and Pepperoni from Papa John's), 5 cheesesticks Drank 4 glasses of water
