Fat, Fat, Fat. and scale numbers that just keep going up and up and up. I really need to buckle down.... And more importantly, I need to get Ryan to buckle down, or leave me the hell alone about what I am doing and focus on himself. I am tired of the bad influence from him and the guilt tripping I get when I try to do something for myself. He can be so damned childish and selfish sometimes. Humph. And even worse, I have had his dad there the last two nights... "Let's go out to Chevy's, Let's get Chinese", Dude! Come on now! Ok that's my whining today. Back on track, back on track. I am shooting for between 40% and 50% protein for the day. Wasn't doing too bad last week, until the weekend, that is.

good luck! refusing to go out to dinner can be challenging. and if you go, who wants to pay $10.95 for lettuce?

Its so hard ot kick once you get into a bad spell of eating junk. One day at a time. you can do it!
