Good morning all...I went to my step aerobics class, worked out on the machines, and the boxing gym last night, so I worked out a total of about 4 hours last night. I was so tired when I got home. I only ate a small apple and a serving of greens when I got home. I am doing good as to no snacking so far. I didn't really get too hungry yesterday. I guess it was b/c of the working out so hard. I am determined to get past my plateau point. I'm very surprised that the plateau hit at the time it did. Usually, I hit it around 15 lbs. lost. Anyway, I'm going to run the bleachers tonight with a friend of mine and my husband...he always kicks my butt when we do bleachers. Have a wonderful day everyone!!

I can't believe you can even get up after 4 hours!! My hat's off to you gf!! You're doing good and I'm sure you will get off your plateau in no time at all.

WOW......... 4 hours! I can hardly walk after 20 minutes! You'll get to where you want to be, just keep thinking positive!
