6 weeks too's Journal, 24 September 2012

Last 2 days reset my body which I believe was in starvation mode. Ate without regard to counting calories but in moderation.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
