Made some major modifications to what I've been doing. I'm cutting a lot of the diet colas from my day and replacing it with sugar-free diet iced tea. Why? Because the tea is not loaded with sodium.
No changes in weight, which is a good thing all things considering, but I am going to cut back on some of my exercise from 1 hour and 5 minutes every day to every other day.
I'm still watching what I eat, not going nuts, and keeping things sensible.
