Another binge!!!! I hate myself. I am TWO pieces of pizza and a chicken sandwich from chick fil a today. Sometimes I feel like I can't escape my urge to eat junk food. I can eat it in really really small portions, but if I have something and I don't feel satified I tend to overindulge. Must get back on the ball tomorrow. I have been looking at shorts online at jcrew and I want to fit into a size 6 of them by summertime so I have work to do. I will use this as inspiration. Godspeed!

You have a choice to make everytime you put something in your mouth, just try to make the RIGHT one MOST of the time and you'll be fine.

It is tough when you get into one of those moods where you just want to keep eating junk food, I know I go there myself. I feel the hardest thing is self-control. Somedays I think we have more of it than on other days. Just try your best and remember how you feel afterwards before you go on another binge. That helps me out to where yes, I will cheat but I won't binge and I won't say the heck w/it and blow the entire day. Keep your chin up and just keep taking it a day at time and you will get through it.
