It is tough when you get into one of those moods where you just want to keep eating junk food, I know I go there myself. I feel the hardest thing is self-control. Somedays I think we have more of it than on other days. Just try your best and remember how you feel afterwards before you go on another binge. That helps me out to where yes, I will cheat but I won't binge and I won't say the heck w/it and blow the entire day. Keep your chin up and just keep taking it a day at time and you will get through it.
