i have so far been doing good. this is only day two but i am not having much trouble sticking to it like last time in which i did not last very long. i am hoping to reach my first goal weight before this time next month but we will see how that goes and whether i have any slip ups or give up completely. i did some research and it is looking like i can reach my goal weight within 6 months to a year. that isnt to bad considering i am looking to lose close to 100 pounds. i still find it crazy that i let myself get this big. Well only i can do anything about it.
