I am doing fairly well if you compare to my previous habits. My biggest problem is snacking. I am working so hard to reduce this because my snacking choices are horrible! I am also eating out of boredom so I think I need to find things to keep my hands busy so I wont be so tempted to do this! Other than snacking my choices have been pretty good. I am definately improving from what I had been doing when I gained all of this weight!
