I have been following the WomensFitWay.com exercise and nutrition program since 6/19/2012 and I have lost 16 pounds and 3 clothing sizes!! It really works and I look and feel the best that I have felt in years!!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.3 lb a week
