I've desided to try a few old tricks to get things moving along. First I dug out my old pedomitor [sorry about the spelling]. There is nothing like seeing how little you really from the day to get you off your butt and moving more. I know when I lost the weight last time I often recorded 20,000 plus steps a day. So I'm off for a week to get an average dailey step count and than work on incressing.

My other oldie but goodie, is to eat half when I go out. I eat lunch out everyday, and although I've gotten prety good at knowing what I can and can't have, I also remember that before when I did this I lost weight. The trick is to eat only half of what ever I'm served of, than planning for a piece of fruit or some nut or yogurt at about 3:30. This cut back on calorie in the long run, but it also keeps your metb up.

So these are my goals for April...to get these two thing fit into my dailey diet and work out. I hope to be much happier about my weight loose come May.
