Okay i went nuts for a bit and now i'm paying for it. When i go off a diet i see it as my last chance for a chocolate bar and have 4. Feeling pretty crap about myself now. I wanted to be this weight at about 7 months. not 4.5.
saw a photo of myself yesterday and nearly died.
starting south beach again today and hope to get a few pounds down
