Been away for a (long) while, lots of stuff going on, change of job, holiday, etc.
A week in Italy eating predominantly bad carbs (pasta, pizza, ice cream etc) and nowhere near enough swimming resulted in a 4lb weight gain- not the direction I need right now!
After which I totally lost all enthusiasm and just gorged on rubbish!
One look at that dress though and my mind is set- i will not look like a doughnut at that wedding!
Time to hit the gym- again!
