OK, I did get right back on track after vacation and am pleased that I did. I could so easily not have. Anyway - I am still wanting to try the peanut butter cookies, but it is just too hot to turn in my oven. The evenings are pleasant, but by then I'm sort of over it. Maybe tonight. I am going to do Atkins for two more weeks, then do WW for a couple of weeks while the fresh fruits and vegies are so plentiful.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think if your loosing weight with the Atkins why would you want to jump around. You could try Bryeres low carb icecream if you need a snack or the Atkins products aren't bad either................

Well, because when I get bored tears with the Atkins plan and just really need fruit and some of the vegies I don't eat on Atkins. I know myself well enough know that it is better for me to plan a dietary diversion that is healthy and with which I will continue to lose (albiet more slowly) than to give into impulsive decisions. I just need the change and am willing to go a bit more slowly. Right now I am doing Atkins and am doing fine, although I didn't get all of my water in this week and I show a lower loss. That's OK. Thanks for your comment.

I finally made the peanut butter cookies last night. Pretty good. I didn't have the crumbling probem that one person had, although they were crumbly - I could still hold and eat them. However, they were too sweet for my liking. Has anyone played around with Splenda adjustments?
