Today i didnt eat much at lunch, in fact i had to throw it away cause it was horrible so i basically had breakfast and dinner.By the time i got home for dinner i was STARVING so i had to eat carbs, i had one slice of whole wheat bread so its not that bad.

The thing about this stupid diet is when u r hungry the ONLY thing u can eat is meat or cheese or veg, n those things are not always readily available to u.I cant wait to finish this damn induction.

I walked at the park today and came home and did situps, I found that i wasnt that hungry after my walk.and also at times this morninig i wasnt hungry.Does this mean it is working i dont know...i hope so.

No, this diet isn't easy, but at least you can eat to your satisfaction. I find that planning ahead really helps for those times when you are hungry and don't have something you can grab. I don't even keep bread in the house so that I am not tempted by it when I get home and I am tired. Try clearing out your pantry and refrigerator so your house will be a safe one.
