Didn't get to the gym as I stayed off by feet to give my back a chance to heal, does feel better but now I need to get back into the game again and get serious about getting to my goal of 130.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
