have not been doing good for the last couple of weeks. havent been to the gym for the last 5 weeks, was sick. eating has been quite erratic, lost 2kgs (due to the flu) but picked the 2kgs in the last 10 days as a result of eating unhealthy food and portion size to big. Going to restart 2day. Breakfast was quite uhealthy but hoping to make up durng the course of the day and also going to the gym lunch time.
