Yesterday was a good day. Stayed within my points and exercised for 35 minutes. Actually ran a mile straight for the 1st time in a long time! Did break any speed records but completed it and it was at night time. I hate exercising at night!
Today should be another good day. Hopefully I will stay within my points and I have kickboxing tonight!
