Lost 1 1/2 pounds this am at TOPS meeting. Came home afte. Spoke to Angie and Eloise after supper and used spa to exercise. Felt really good after a week of being unable to use.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
