I've made it a point to become more active. The weight isn't coming off as fast as I'd like, but that's mostly due to me deviating from the diet I have planned. I've been doing pretty good this week and it's becoming increasingly easy to stick with good food choices. I'm guessing this will speed up the weight loss. I mean, it only makes sense, right?

Here's to another 1.5 lbs gone!
305.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
