I am going to journal more, at least every weekday (weekends it's hard for me to get to the internet). I was depressed last night (it's one of my non-food related issues)--and thought ice cream might solve it. At least I didn't eat as much as I had intended! Feel better today, looking forward to a nice run and a fun activity with friends this evening, hoping to have some good friends stay over, too, and I will make them a tasty low carb breakfast!
