Need to get more serious about diet...Have increased my exercise, but the weigh ins are disturbing. Need more dietary dishes and less wine for dinner:))
175.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
