I'm feeling a tiny bit lighter. I have been good so far this week. I'm a bit concerned because I put the cigarettes down two days ago. I am thinking about how this will affect my weight. Time to adopt new healthy habits. I am probably not gonna be running any longer since my knee has been giving me problems. I'm be walking and biking which is better for me anyway. Today I'm feeling: OPTIMISTIC!!!
