Weird as I was having a 'fat' day as I felt big, but somehow have lost
a kilo between last week and this week. Surprised and happy. Need to exercise more though.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
