Feel myself slipping a bit. Hmmmm its hard when the house is full of chocolate. Havent managed to get any exercise in the last couple of days cos of work and im unlikely to get any tomorrow. Im going to visit my sister down south and have told her we need to go for a big walk, the shoes and kit are packed!! Will just need to stay off the wine and goodies while im there!
Time is running out for me getting under the 200 for the birthday, maybe i shouldnt have set myself the target. Hey will just have to keep trying!

You'll get there. Chocolate I think its the dealth of everyone. But just moving around will help with your excersize. Not sure what you do for a job. But even just walking up and down the hall a couple of extra times is considered exersize. You can do this. We're all behind you and here to help. Go Adventurers.

I hear ya... I am still at the same weight for 3 wks now. Wanted to be below the 200 mark by this friday, and I don't see it happening. I can only chalk it up to, my body needs a break and is going to rest here for a while. :) Just keep up the hard work and it will start to pay off again!
