Too much stress lately. Broke, Poor, and moving my husband out. No time to even try and diet -- still riding my bike a lot and building that muscle up. Its much easier to ride up hills now, I'm impressed with how quick it really was to get used to riding.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Sometimes that's when exercise is the best medicine. It's the only way you can escape from it all...even if it's just for a 1/2 hr at a time. It's good for the head. Good luck and don't ever give up :)
