Back to diligently lifting and with a set program this time so I may track my lifting efforts and accomplishments. Also back to cardio routinely, not just when I feel up to it. I'm pushing myself to lose the weight I gained post quitting smoking and I'm glad because I know I have more muscle mass now than I did when I quit and gained the weight. I'm excited to see what this 145 looks like. :)
162.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
