Keeping track of what I am eating doesn't seem to help me much. I am sure it is the lack of not moving. My headaches keep me from doing the exercises I use to love. I am so frustrated.

Losing weight is mostly about your diet, not exercise. Exercise is important, but what and how much your eating is more important. You don't need exercise to lose. So go back and evaluate what you are eating. You may need to lower your caloric intake. Play around with calories to see what will work for you. Some things to think about. Are you eating too much? Are you not eating enough? Are you drinking water? Water flushes out sodium. Are you tracking honestly? All those bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contains tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss in some. If your having headaches all day long keeping your from going for walks, I would definitely seek medical help because something is wrong. You have lost lot's of weight and you can do this!!! Your doing great!
