been walking every day - overdid it on monday when I tried running in my crappy shoes - and pulled something. But back on wagon today - plan to do yoga tonight. Walking with dog has been glorious, walking with dog and kids in national park tomorrow.
getting serious shoes tomorrow too - with nike + monitor. Waiting for amazon books on beginning running and bob howard's weight loss. revving up to get rid of this weight!

Hope you enjoyed the National Park with your family today! I've loved every single National Park I've visited, they're full of wonderful natural treasures.
Good running shoes make a big difference, so I'm glad you're getting a pair :) I have Brooks' Glycerin 9s and I was really surprised how much they improved my running experience when I upgraded from regular shoes to ones made for running and properly fitted to my foot.
