Been A rough week. I keep thinking I'm doing good then I weigh in and nothing. I need to change my stragity. I have realized that just keeping my calories low isn't enough
204.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel, I thought I had a great week, and ended up gaining 3lbs. It is crazy! But I guess we just have to be patient and keep on trucking, it will happen eventually right? Don't give up.
