Worked on what Jenny Craig foods I had with my own meal plans. Went to Curves once this week. Resisted Starbucks except for one day.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
