Tomorrow's the big day for my challenge. I set the guidelines a little loose in areas, like eat 5 days out of 7 completely clean. I am striving for 100%. I really want to change my body and energy levels. There are a few at work that are doing the whole 30 program. I'll have to check it out and see how it differs from what I am doing.

Let's get this party started.

I just joined the challenge! I may have a bit of dairy, I'll try not to, but I am a cheese addict! How long have you been Paleo for? I am scared to try crossfit because I have so many aches and pains, but they are all from the extra weight I am carrying around, I'm sure. I'll start slow on the WOD's!

Congratulations on starting the challenge. The best thing about crossfit or crossfit like workouts is that anyone can do them, you just modify them to your activity level. Dairy is one of those controversial topics in the paleo/primal world. With paleo it is not recommended, but with primal it is ok. Let your body be your judge. I started at the beginning the year with the primal diet and have been working towards paleo for the past 4 months. I do have to say that I have the best workouts when I eat the cleanest. Yesterday and today have been awesome, did the wod and still had energy to do more. It has to be the diet. It has taken me a long time to get to this point, just do your best.
