ok officially restarting counting cals cause i obvi can't do well without it!!! can't believe i gained so much!
171.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1370 kcal Fat: 44.58g | Prot: 62.05g | Carb: 191.56g.   Breakfast: Seedless Strawberry Jam, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Tomato Soup (Canned, Condensed). Dinner: Light Ranch Salad Dressing, Sliced Carrots, 2% Fat Milk, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Classic Wieners. Snacks/Other: 1% Fat Milk, Double Stuf Sandwich Cookies, Strawberries, Mary Jane Peanut Butter Kisses. more...

Calorie counting has helped me a lot. Helps person realise which foods are going to take a long time to work away. I have learnt a lot. Another thing I have realised is to avoid most foods I love. They are the ones that got me here.
