Starting week, only lost about 1 lb, to be exact is less than 1 lb. I do want to loose about 2 lb or so. However better than nothing right? I was so hard first few days to cut my Rice from daily eating habits. After awhlie I got used to it. I am happy with my viggie and grilled fish.
I have started to drink warm lemon water first thing in the morning from today.Hope it helps my diet and my weight lost.
I did have some Thai food delivery yesterday, I only ordered steamed fish and tom yum soup. So there is absolutely no Oil or Fat (except good fish Fat).
I think I start off slow, but hopefully I will be able to do more exercise and cook more healthy meals.
