No change, no weigh-in. Exercise routine has been doing much better ever since I decided to tick 5 more minutes on to it. I felt a psychological barrier, to break it, I had to change something. I did not want to stress myself out by taking away time, so I added it. What's the harm?
The results over the past few days in distance/calories: 4.25/543, 4.27/545, 4.26/544, 4.30/549, 4.34/553
On average, I keep doing better. My body looks different, obviously it would from having the twins, so I don't know how it will look this time at 140.
I am banging on the door baby, and I want in. I think I could drop down to a size 6!
Tip: Mint gum can help to keep your mouth from drying out while you exercise. Be very careful, however, not to choke on it!
