Yesterday did not do great:( Did not get up to exercise thought I would exercise after work. Did not work out the way I planned. Had a school function after work that I completely forgot about:( Did get on the treadmill afterwards for 20 minutes but with no dinner just did not have the energy. Finally ate around 9:30 at night.

Did not get up an exercise this morning. Really need to do this:( Will try to exercise to night after gymnastics and a trip to target (not looking good).

Challenge 1: 30 pounds by July

Exercise: (5 of 6) almost 6 for 6 short 10 minutes.
Diet Soda: None
Pounds Lost: 10 (20 to go).

Challenge 2: 10 poinds before memorial day

Diet: failed: 1/2 cup of couscous for dinner and a low fat ice cream
Exercise (4 of 5) so far.
Pounds Lost (8)need to lose at least 2 this week to succeed.
