Hmm missing last nights meal has helped!

Just had a protein shake (Im bodybuilding!)

didnt eat much yesterday at all as I was on the road

Tin of Tesco soup when I got in and a chicken hot dog in pitta

Plus a yoghurt and shake around 11pm when back from gym
172.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
