Today I ran just under 3.7 miles in 48 minutes. My run was just about running for the full 48, not about speed or anything. It was still hard, but I feel good about it. Tomorrow will be just a regular 42 minute interval run. I'll be looking to get my pace up a bit. Wednesday is sprints, Thursday's an easy jog, Friday is a rest day, and Saturday is the popcorn festival 5k!! Goal time: 39 min.


I have 12 weeks to get ready for the Thanksgiving run, but I can't even run 5 miles, yet. Hopefully training + weight loss will get me there.

Also, I signed up for a mud obstacle course, so I need to hit the gym for some upperbody. I can get muscles in 4 weeks, right?
