Today is the day Amber and I start our diet! I stood on the scale last night for our first "official" weigh in. It looks like Amber has a one up on me since I gained a pound since last week. However, I'm still very optimistic that both of us will do well since we are holding eachother accountable. THAT is exactly what I need! I've started to follow the Abs Diet, and although I don't follow it 100%, I try to incorporate as much of the powerfoods in that I can.
