First time in a while I've logged in. This weigh in shows how poorly I've been keeping with it. Though I am trying to get back into the swing of it. Exercising and trying to get away from the crap my family keeps serving/buying. Beginning to believe it's a horrible idea to go anywhere with them since I get stuck at a restaurant where the choices are not so great. Also disliking the days where I'm stuck running errands and driving everywhere to the point that I'm ready to crash by the time I return home. Those days I seem to lack the energy needed to do exercises.
At least I hope I can manage to pull myself back together and get back on track. Just have to get into the right mental state. Go me....
166.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
