I know I lost weigh, but not from necessarily eating right and exercising, just that I have been working like a work horse this pass summer and well the lbs dropped off as a result. Today I have exercised for the first time in 3 weeks and my goal is to get back on the fitness wagon again, now that hopefully the busy season on my job is slowing down.
