Officially dropped below 257 putting me at Obese Class I.

I am at 34.8 as of today, With giving up meat and animal by-products I was able to drop down lower than I ever did just watching my calories and working out. I am very excited to see how the progress holds up as I add daily workouts to my current routine.

PTL Ngille!! great job! yes, back in 2002 when I left off the meat and went vegan - wow - the weight came off (over 160 lbs) - but - sadly not watching and falling back in bad habits - gained over half of the weight back - I am striving to become a low-fat-raw vegan - it seems like such an exciting and very healthy lifestyle - (diets don't work) take care and great job!
