Well I have not done so good on the plan for yesterday and today. I haven't done completely horrible and have noticed I have really been making better eating choices but we wound up going out to dinner two nights in a row and that makes it really hard. I was so upset today that I went out and had Taco Bell for lunch, although I didn't get the pop with it and just had water! That's a plus! Then I felt so horrible after for doing it, so now I'm drinking the cran water, which I haven't done in awhile too. I'm really having problems with the cran water. I seem to get sick having it on an empty stomach and am only drinking about one glass a day on average. I just tried diluting it with more water than it actually says to and it seems a lot easier to drink. Is this allowed? What if I drink more than the 8oz. like say 12oz. with it being diluted more to make up for it? Any ideas? I have been drinking regular water like crazy, but I just think if I could stick to the cran water I'd do better on the plan and start to see the results I was seeing in the first couple of days. You guys have been so great, it definately makes it easier having you as a support. Thanks for any insight you can offer.

I am not big on the cran water all day. I like phase 2 where you just have the cranwater in the am and then in the pm. Try to stay away from taco bell.... if you do go there again... by all means toss most of the shell or better yet just take three bites and be done with it all! I know at your age fast food is hard to avoid, you can always ask for lettuce and tomatoe on a corn tortilla with some hot sauce still not what you should be eating but a better choice to make.
