Yesterday was a horrible day. I've been fighting headaches from caffine withdrawl (I was a huge soda pop drinker)for the past two days. Today when I woke up it was finally gone, thank goodness! Yesterday after drinking the cran water in the morning I became so sick and couldn't eat until later in the evening. I only had lemon water all day and felt like I was barely going to keep that down. I think it's my body secretly retaliating. I didn't follow the plan exactly yesterday but understandably so. I'm nervous to drink the cran water again but really need to do it. Does anyone know if taking cranberry supplements instead of the unsweetened cranberry juice will work? I haven't really noticed a difference yet but am hoping my clothes will start fitting better soon. :)

I think the book says something about cranberry supplements - and not taking them in lieu of cran water unless you absolutely have to - you can sweeten the cranberry water with stevia + and I usually put the lemon and cayenne pepper in the water (it kills the cranberry taste - which I dont like at all) It sounds like your body is going through detox - I used to feel like I'd been hit by a truck in the mornings for about 4 days, but it gets better.

I am in phase 3 to maintain, and now I take cranberry tabs, but didn't the first 2 phases. You tend to get use to the cranberry taste. I bought stevia to put in it and never used it. Just drink it real fast
