Wow, I gained a lot of weight all by myself.

Birthday is paying me back in a bad way! Lol, must have been the cake and fruity drinks. lol. Oh well, I had fun from what I remember. Wifey did the right thing this Am and threw out the cake. Yesterday we treated our hangover with cake, popcorn, TV, etc, etc.

Wifey even said "no more drinking until new years". I hate that part about drinking, the empty promises, the "never again!" nonsense you throw out. Honestly though, I like my cycling and weight loss journey more than I like partying right now. And each time I do party, it just reinforces that further. But I digress.

Yesterday was not entirely bad food at meal times, it was the nuts, popcorn, cake and ice cream every time I passed the fridge.

This AM slept in til 7! Thats late for me. Got up and rode my bike in the hotter sun (its 97 now at 9). It was nice. I need to even out the tan on my upper arms. I never liked sleeveless shirts, now that I have lost some weight, its OK. I have quite a farmers tan that needs fixing.
Because it is very windy I did the "in town circle" to block the wind with buildings, and it worked out nicely.

Anyway, I need a show now, the sweat has stopped dripping, and I have breakfast to tend to. Out house has working in it painting, housemaid is coming, and I am at a loss for what to do. Maybe hit the mall.

Hey, JP, I have that farmers tan too -- big time. And mine itches like crazy too. I'm doing the aloe vera thing today. Your birthday weight gain is big time water gain, to be sure. You can't have gained that much in one day. Glad you had a great time though. Enjoy the mall.

Thanks Heather. Wow, I just looked at my weight history and realized I was in the Green on my Bday! I did not notice. Now to get back to there. lol. Biking in the morning, come hell or high wind!
