Adjusting to the addition of psyllium to some of my meals in order to up the insoluble fiber content. We'll just say it's been a while since I've felt this "moved" by my bowl of oatmeal in the mornings. Slowly moving away from the pre-packaged sachets of food. Just too expensive and I've adjusted my portion concepts back to something more reasonable. Smaller, more frequent meals and exercise (movement) is key. I needed to relearn that.

Evening update: Had to go into the official office this afternoon, but it was a good thing, I think. Got home right at the end of a "normal" day, so jumped into the pool and knocked out 13 sets with an elevated heart rate after turning the current up. It was a good workout and I got to watch a great sunset.
